Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes another 2 to 5 business days within the US.
Is shipping free? Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more within the US. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8. A $15 express option is also available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order has already moved into processing and can no longer be modified. Email info@gutresetlabs.com right away if you need to make a change.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check order status any time by logging into your account and visiting Track Your Order.
What if my package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but I never received it? Reach out to us at info@gutresetlabs.com with your order number. We'll help you look into it with the carrier and find a resolution.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet, we currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? Every RESET product comes with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Does the product need to be unopened to return it? No. The guarantee applies whether the bottle has been opened or used, we stand behind the product actually working for you, not just the packaging.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping? That's on the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item on arrival), in which case we cover it.
Is there a limit to how many times I can use the guarantee? The guarantee covers one refund per customer, per product.

How long until I notice a difference? Most customers notice a change within the first 2 weeks, with fuller results typically by day 30 to 60.
Can I take RESET products with other medications or supplements? Generally yes, our products pair well with most supplements. As with any supplement, check with your doctor first if you're on medication, pregnant, or nursing.
