Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order has already entered processing and can no longer be modified.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item meets the return conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies whether the bottle has been opened or used — we stand behind the product working for you, not just the packaging.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- One refund per customer per product under the guarantee.
- Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item).
- If the return is due to our error, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
- Please keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed received.
Return Process
- Contact us — Email info@gutresetlabs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Get your return details — We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.
- Ship it back — Send your item with tracking and share the tracking number with us.
- Get refunded — Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
