Shipping Policy

Where we ship We ship across the US and to selected international destinations. Please note we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping begins. Once your order is accepted, our fulfillment team gets to work — changes or cancellations are not possible after this point.

US shipping Standard delivery: 2–4 business days starting from $6.50. Shipping cost is based on package weight.

International shipping All international orders ship via FedEx and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Zone 1 — Canada Zone 2 — UK, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway + more Europe Zone 3 — Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Philippines + more

International rates start from $19.00 and vary by weight and destination.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery may also be delayed due to customs clearance.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
